Chapter Two: Finally got around to passing an electrical wire thru the convertible top runoff drains accessed through the parcel shelf (for want of a better term). The trays around the drains were bone dry and the wire did not appear to dislodge anything. Washed the car. Crossed my fingers. Drove forward ten feet. Brakes. SLOSH, SLOsh. SLosh, slosh. Checked under the hood for drainoff from windscreen by running hose water into the tray on each side. I was greeted bt an appropriate discharge of water from the rear front-quarterpanel area on both sides. Andy Poling seems to be the only other person with this problem. My only guesses now are the rocker panel or the heater core (can outside water enter the heater?). I'm ALMOST ready to take RED to the dealer! Any ideas? Stu Akerman
