I don't have the statistics for top-less roll-overs, but I've seen lot of
accident reports that state "...killed when ejected from car, no seatbelt was
used".   My guess would be that the lack of a top wouldn't make these
"ejections" any safer.   If you are worried about a roll-over that much, wear a
seatbelt, and get a roll-bar.

Agree 100%.  I've treated many a car accident victim from many many 
poor souls who found the discomfort of a seat belt too much to bear.
I guess they won't have to worry about it since many are so gorked,
or paralyzed from the neck down they won't even feel a belt around
them now (whatever rare times they travel .....).

Wear your belts.
