Bob-
	Warranty! Definitely warranty! THe shields are welded on to the pipes.
I've even gotten free catalytic converter out the repair (the studs break
when the bolts are removed to replace the front pipe). Some people have been ab
able to cure the rattle with a large hose clamp, but I believe in getting
the job done right the first time.
