Slick 50 and the other similar products are unlikely to do any good for a Miata's engine, and offer the possibility of doing some harm, due to clogged oil passages. Stay away from them. Why are they unlikely to do good? Well, do you know how hard it is to get PTFE to bond to a steel skillet? The environment there is a lot less harsh than the environment in your engine. -- Ken *=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=* Ken Warren E-Mail: kenw@netaxs.com *=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=*=* Finger me for the current Philadelphia Region SCCA Solo II schedule...
