I was thinking about performance chips and thought perhaps the easiest
parameter to change would be the rev limiter.  Can this be done easily
(perhaps without changing the CPU)?  I come up against the 7250 rev 
limit frequently (1st mostly, sometimes 2nd).  It is rumored
that the Miata engine is easily capable of 9000 and some have even
said 11000 as the top end.

Any ideas?
