I too went from OEM bridgestones to a larger tire/wheel size. I went to 195/50-15 BFG Comp T/A III on heavy :-( American Racing 15x6 rims. The ride got noticeable stiffer, while still not to bad. Handling was much improved over stock, but most of that I believe is due to the compound change (BFG's :-) ). I too did this mainly for a different look, for the car is quite a bit slower due to the tire/wheel combo being almost twice as heavy as stock. ---JCG. ---------- From: miata To: Multiple recipients of list Subject: Re: SP8000s Date: Monday, June 06, 1994 11:31PM At 23:20 6/6/94 -0400, Eric Fancher wrote: >I am about 3000 miles into a set of SP8000s. Is it worth the turn-in improvement? Is your car highly modified? Just curious!
