Keep 'em coming, Dave - I'm enjoying the hell out of your reports.  I used
to live in CA and had occasion to make roughly the same drive you are, one
way or the other.  (Mostly it was back and forth on old Rte. 66 to OK, where
I was going to school, however.)  Anyway, it's fun to see if I remember it
like you tell it.
