Roadburn, I bet your cop was driving his kid's Festiva (his Electra was
in the shop) and was thus in a sour mood anyway.

Stopping in the middle of an off ramp is inexcusable.  If it'd caused
an accident and you were hurt, you'd own the city.  He must have been
really ticked!
