Rick wants to know:

"Now that I've relplaced my rear window I'm more concerned about keeping it
nice.  Wasn't there a tip on using a towel to protect the window as the top
is folded down?  Does it go under or over the unzipped window?"

You really need to protect both sides of the window. You can do that with a
cut-down bath sheet (which is what I did at first) or just get a padded window
protector, which does an even better job.
