I need a little advice on tires. I presently have Yokohama 378 (h rated).
I would like to upgrade, but have a limited budget. ( I have to stay under $400
for the complete upgrade.

I've heard both good and bad about the Yokohama A509s. 

Any feedback on this would be appreciated.
