Meguiar's has three products for plastic windows.
Number 17 Professional Plastic Cleaner
Number 10 Professional Plastic Polish
Number ?? (New) Combines the other two in one product they claim.

I use #17 and #10.  Number 17 is for bad damage and should be follow by 
 using #10.  Number 10 is for more general use.  My window had acid 
rain damage, yellowing, when I bought the car.  Two or three applications 
of #17 completely removed it.

Another Meguiar's product to get is #9 Professional Swirl Remover.  It is 
used to remove small imperfections before waxing.  They also make several 
good waxes.
