Subject: July Chesapeake Area Event Update

An update on the drive from White's Ferry:  By the path I have chosen
it is 57 miles from the Ferry to Hagerstown.  I found a much better
road that goes through the West Virginia portion of the trip, many
curves, hills, lots of shade, great fun.  Whole trip took about an hour
and a half, at not (too) excessive speeds.

White's Ferry is about 50 minutes from the DC Beltway by the Route
I took (far from the most direct)  Ask me for directions if you need them,
but the ferry is on most maps.  The one way fare across is $2.50.

I hope to get to the Ferry by 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 9th, and leave
from there around 9:30.  Let me know if you are coming.  It would be
great if we could fill the ferry with Miatas!
