Subject: Bras on cars

    Jim Jamieson asked about the plusses & minuses of bras on cars. 
     My $0.02:
    
    	I don't put a bra on my cars, & here's why:
    
    1) Wouldn't the bra just keep the paint from fading at the same rate as 
       the rest of the car, leaving a funny spot?
    2) It seems like a lot of work to take off & put on after every 
       potentially damaging situation; rain, wash, during fall when leaves 
       get caught under it and stain the paint.
    3) There is a big potential for paint rubbing off at tight points, and 
       an even bigger potential at loose points!
    4) You have to contrapt some kind of lock for it if you ever venture 
       into a city, I have several friends who have donated theirs to the 
       local parking lot car-stripping club.
    5) I really kind of like the sleek look of the painted nose.
