Alex mentioned including dealership comments in our (CAM) newsletter,
and I would like to lead off on a positive note.  Since I live in
Frederick, MD, my access to alarge number of dealers is somewhat limited
(although working in Greenbelt does extend my access).  I have been
most impressed with "service" of the Parts Department at Pateros Mazda
in Leesburg, VA (across the Potomac from Frederick).  In attempting to
find some of the plastic clips (used to hold carpet down, bumper covers
on, headlight shields in place) and top latch "caps," Valerie in the 
Parts Department was very very helpful and repeatedly mailed parts to me
at my home.  I would commend both Valerie and the Pateros Parts Dept.
for their highly motivated service philosophy.
