True. I've had my Miata for 2.5 years, and I've just now noticed
a little hesitation if I tap the pedal at idle, especially after
I've washed the car.  Perhaps it's the combination of residual
moisture and plug wire age.  

On the other hand, maybe it's a good
excuse to get Al Staats' blue ultra wires (and paint my cam cover 
lettering blue to match) and see if it helps.  :)
