In front, I'd suggest maximum negative camber, toward the low side of stock toe-in, and max caster with the above settings. In the rear, I'd go with middle of the range toe-in and about 1 degree negative camber. If you don't mind a twitchy car, you can reduce the toe-in to near 0 in front with no real bad effects (tirewear-wise); it *will* wander on the highway though.
