I don't have enough time to read all the good stuff on this List, but
seems there's a lot of complaining about dealers who give us a hard time
or do a crummy job.  Have "we" ever consider making a list of those
chronic offenders & asking Miata Mag to print them each qtr?  The list
could be updated periodically, with the new "bad guys" added & those who
have made amends being deleted.  They might begin to think about it a
little more if they knew their dealership name was going to get bad
press in a nat'l mag.

No, I'm not volunteering to gather the data.  Just what popped into my
head when I saw this post.
