As Harvin points out, it would be hard to get MCA to point bad dealers in a 
mag that is supported so strongly by MMA. Perhaps we should get local chapters
to collect and publish info in their own areas. I will be happy to collect and
distribute happy/horror stories on Mazda dealers in MD. I do communicate with
a local rep for Mazda, so this info could get back to the dealers who truly
hope to maintain/improve customer relations.
	So.....if the MD area folks would like to let me know of their points
of view I'll start keeping score....
