Subject: Strut brace riddle

     OK, I just received the GAB strut brace I ordered.
     No literature came with it, but installation seems painfully obvious.
     Except....
     My GAB came in a b-a-g. It's a long, lovely, substantial, red-nylon,
drawstring carrying case with snazzy screen printing that says GAB and would
certainly make me the envy of my friends as I stroll around the beach
carrying my strut brace.
     Except....
     I sort of plan to install the brace on my silver '92 and not carry it
anywhere after that. So why the bag?
