You think they might be scarce; over here they are almost non-existent!

I drive 140 miles a day and see on average two or three a *week*, if I'm
lucky. Take a drive around the M25 (London orbital motorway) and you might
see a few in the space of an hour.

I've tried waving or flashing other drivers with only a 1 in 10 response.
Typical british reservation at play!
