I took the tonneau to a place here in San Diego recommended by a friend that removed the old zippers and installed heavier zippers that zip up to the bar (out by the door to the bar) from the opposite direction than the original zippers did. They also cut a little deeper to the triangle patch at the end of the zipper and rounded out the area where the bar would go and restitched that area so it could take the new stresses. It cost me $150 to have it done and they did an excellent job. If you can't find anyone in Houston who can do the job, let me know and we can work out a way to get the place here to copy the job they did on mine and send you the finished product. ---------------------- Robert Holland (JTBob) Southwest Fisheries Science Center Internet: robert@caliban.ucsd.edu "But remember your way in is also my way out, and love's four-letter word is no compensation." : Jethro Tull
