I'm new to this list -- is there an FAQ somewhere?

Failing that:  where do folks in the South Bay (San Francisco area) like to take
their Miatas for service?  I went to Oak Tree a couple of times and thought it
was OK, but this year got terminally pissed off when I waited half an hour just
to sign my car in, at a time when there weren't that many people waiting, and
then still wasn't at the head of the line!

So I'm ready to consider another place.  Recommendations?
