OK, I needed to provide more info on why I am interested in lowering.

Timeline:

6-12 months  -  Get rid of horrid wheel well gap with stock tires/wheels

	Performance not that much of an issue during this time period

After that - 

I may start getting serious about modifiying the car with respect to suspension
performance.   

I don't mind tearing apart what I do now, to create the second phase...


I just got a great response from Alan that covers both aspects,  I'll post all
info to the net after it comes in.
