 Mine also died after about a year. For me it was the horns that went bad,
not the compressor. I purchased a set at Wolo horns (I think that was what
they were called) at a local part store and used the same mounting
brackets that I had made for the Automation horns. 

 If you get anywhere with Automation I'd like to know. I'll send mine 
back, too.
