Subject: Rear cockpit brace question

Folks:

The fall MCA mag has a review of a couple of rear cockpit braces which fit
pre-94 cars which are similar to the brace Mazda added to the 94's.

Having obtained an Atlantic Design soft cooler/storage case and found it 
very useful on a weeklong vacation, I'm wondering if adding the brace would in 
anyway interfere with the bag.

Does anyone have experience either with the bag and an add-on brace in a 
pre-94 or the bag in a 94?

P.S.  While on vacation we drove Skyline Drive in northern Virginia.  Passed
      a rather large contingent of Miatas going the other way.  Quite a 
      sight.
