I believe it stands for 'Technical Service Bulletin', and DAMMIT DAMMIT 
DAMMIT! (sorry) - i've complained about my steering wheel being off center
from the day i test drove the car! unfortunately, the one time i've had
the car in for warranty work i asked to have the wheel centered, but all
they did was 'check' the alignment and report 'within spec' URGH!

what a morning...
