 Snowbird and I live in Connecticut.  When I got her last winter I removed the
front plate bracket and never installed a plate even though I was issued two
plates.  Connecticut is rather mixed up since some years they issue one plate
and some years it's two plates per registration.  Yesterday I took Snowbird (a
white 94 B) to get her emissions test by the state.  The worker walked around
the car several times, with my registration in hand, before he admitted to me
that he had no idea what the car was.  I told him.  Several other workers came
by to admire her.  No one noticed that she has only one plate even though they
ckecked to see if her plates (MEOWS) matched her registration. So I don't
worry too much about being caught.  I just admire the view.  :)  And I had a
great topless trip in seventy degree sunshine in November in New England along
twisty country roads.  With the three tenors on my CD it was heaven.  :)
