Yes, I have Hellas with 80/100W bulbs. I've been running this set-up with the  
stock wiring for about 10 months now with no problems. Even my flash-to-pass  
diode seems to be ok with it.

OTOH I don't think I'd risk going over 100 watts without installing accessory relays.
