I have also had problems with not getting the complete daily digest.  Since 
I get this at work I wasn't sure where this was happening.  It doesn't seem 
to be clipping a long message at a certain point.  I had suggested to Andy 
that he add a way to request yesterdays digest.  Currently I have to request 
the last weeks messages from the archive and look through it to find the 
missing part.
