According to the dealer I spoke with, Hakka 10's do not come in
165/75R13, which would be the ideal Miata size. 

Thus, I purchased 175/70R13 Hakka 10's. These are a little smaller,
but not by much. 165/70R13 are smaller yet.  For reference, see table
below (all numbers in cm):
