I have a few questions I know have been answered here before, but I tend not
to pay attention to information until I need it.  Here goes:

First, what's the address (and phone number if possible) of the Miata Club of
America?  What are the current dues?

Second, I'm going to be in LA at the end of this month.  What rental car
companies out there rent Miatas and what should I expect to pay?
