Yikes!!  I've probably done a stupid thing.  I've recieved so many requests for
the set of supplemental service bulletins that my Puritan soul is not
comfortable using government reproduction facilities to copy them.  Please send
me a  self-addressed mailing label and enough stamps for about 6 oz.  I'll make
copies at a copy shop.  I'll probably be able to make double-sided copies and
reduce the 28 pages to 14 or so.  I'll slip the unused stamps back inside the
envelope I send you.  My address is 11262 NE 37th Place, Bellevue, WA 98004.
Several have asked about the source of this information.  A helpful, generous
and open dealer in another part of the country provided copies to one of our
chapters at a tech session they put on.  In appreciation for our sharing the
Puget Sound Chapter's newsletter with them, the other chapter sent us a spare
copy they had.  
Obviously, if your Miata is beyond its warranty period, the information will
only help you understand what needs to be done.
