RE: Top Longevity: Ours has lasted for five years on our '90A. There are a couple spots in the interior which are worn from contact with the bows when the top is down, and the rear window is getting a bit scratchy. The Velcro tabs on the inside were also loose when we bought the car a year ago, and I glued those back in place w/3M Weatherstrip Adhesive, as I recall. That repair has held up fine for several months now. I suspect that the factor which will lead me to replace the original top, will be when the window gets so opaque that it's approaching hazardous, whereupon I'm planning to get one of the Robbins tops with the glass rear window, depending upon checking out an installed top to see how the thing folds and all. If it's anywhere near as convenient as the original, that's the way I'd go. However, it looks like the original top (and rear window) still have a couple years left in them, I'd guess. Not bad at all for a folding top - better life than on the other convertibles I've had (Fiat 124, Triumph TR-8) by a long shot. --Jack M. & Kansei--
