There's a single hole through the trunk in the center through which a bolt
goes. Then there are two clamps, one on either side of the spoiler that bolt
to the trunk lid. Finally there is some double sided weatherstrip tape that
runs along the mating surface. Installation time is about 1/2 hour, but you
have to be sure the hole is *perfectly* aligned.  I would get one from one
of the aftermarket suppliers. I think I paid $120 for a pre-painted one.
