OK, I'll join the bandwagon and add my data point as well.

I had the Bridgestones as well.  I thought that they were quite good on 
dry pavement, but were a problem in the wet.  I replaced them with the 
Dunlop D60 A2's.  I don't think that the Dunlop's grip as well in the 
corners, and I now have the common 68 mph resonance.  They do handle much 
better in the wet though.
