IMHO Armor-all does make a good sunblock for vinal > such as on the dashboard top and door panels. I was wondering, too, if the warning applied only to rubber. My 1985 Honda CRX (which I bought new and am now selling - anyone want to buy a high mileage CRX??) has had Armor All applied to the dash every 6 to 24 months. So I'm not too good at regular cosmetic maintenance, but that's the way it's been. Anyway, the dash still looks new and has no signs of cracking or aging as far as I can see. Reid
