They started advertising for it here in Belgium as well.
I've seen the car already - a couple of weeks back - on a
'visual tuning' exhibit here in Gent.
As for its uglyness it only came second to one : the new
ford scorpio - which was also shown at the exhibit.
If you're in for a good laugh, have a look at one.

I've been wondering also, but I suppose the US neon must be some other car.
There's a lot of examples of same cars having different names in
different countries :
Miata (US) / MX-5 (Europe) / Eunos Roadster (Japan)
Vauxhall (UK) / Opel (Europe - continent)
Honda CRX (Europe) / Honda Del Sol (US)     - if I'm not mistaken
etc etc etc

Perhaps this is an example of different cars having same names.
