 I don't know why but we get what seems to be a great deal in Canada 
on the Miata Shop Manual. I have reason to believe that the same book is 
used for all of North America. The book is filled with references to 
"Federal & California" with "Canada" on another sheet below, beside, etc.
The Mazda part number on my book is: 9999-95-042S-91. The -91 at the end 
is the model year designation. My cost was $28.75 Can ($21.56 US.) all 
taxes included.
