Subject: Nokia tires and Sizes

I have taken Miq's advice and picked up a set of Honda rims
at the local Auto Recycling Center and ordered a set of Nokia
Hekkapellita 10 snows (165/75/13). 

Here's the problem. When I showed up to pick up the wheels, they
had 165/70/13 Nokia's instead. Does Nokia make the 75 sized tire?
How much of a difference will this cause to the speedo/odometer?
Which tires do people use who have the 13" wheels? I called about
the Blizzaks, but they do not come in the 165/75/13 size either.

I was told they would take them back if I had any problem with
the size difference.
