Subject: Last Year's Lease Rates

Does anyone know if last year's great lease rates (1.5%) will be
available again this year?  After hearing about the Montego Blue R model
for '95, I'd love to get one.  I'm sure last year's rate was to push product
during Mazda's financial squeeze last year, but just the same, I'm
keeping my fingers crossed that it will happen again.  I was about to
lease a red '94 R model last year, but due to an inscrupulous dealer, I
was a day late on getting the rate and bailed.  

Just to let you all know, if there is another ridiculously low lease rate
again, Mazda will approve a dealer sale at up to 10% above sticker.  If
the dealer is willing, you can get a low interest loan on the difference
between the negotiated sale price of the car and the dealer-agreed
increased sale price (sticker + 10%).  Of course your payments will be
higher because of the additional cost of purchasing a car at 10% above
sticker, but where else can you get a loan of several thousand dollars
((sticker + 10%) - negotiated price) at 1.5%?
