I don't have a Clearwater amp so I don't know if that is normal
behavior for it (some amps have audio path turn-on delay to avoid this
pop), but you can fix it by getting an external delay circuit to do
this, any car audio shop should have them. Probably not too expensive,
and should be easy to install too.
