AOL is only $2.95 per hour now.. and it supports offline reading where it
will dial in and grab all your mail, then let you read and reply offline,
then dial back in and send your replies, etc... so its fairly cheap and has a
great graphical interface...

I prefer eWorld because AOL uses the PERSON's reply to address instead of the
mailing list addresss... eWorld is smart(or dumb enough) not to do this, so
my replies automaticly go to the list...

Also eWorld doesn't have that annoying "delay" between messages if  you do
decide to read your mail online and the interface is much nicer looking and a
little easier to use.

Also, eWorld is already international, and (for me) more reliable to connect
to.  They also just dropped their rates to $8.95/month with 2 free hours and
$2.95/hour after that for USA and Canada..

PLUS you don't get grouped into the   "AOL USER" category because you have
   eworld.com at the end of your name :)
