I've only had my 1990 Red A package for 2 days so I'm getting to know it better each day. I have noticed that when the car is cold it doesn't shift into 2nd gear really well at all. It almost refuses to go in. It will go into third though. Once it's warm, it shifts great. I thought maybe it's synchros, but if so, shouldn't is shift lousy alwyas? I wondered if maybe the tranny fluid is bad, too thick, or low? Sean Again, the MIATA is the BEST handling car I've driven!
