Rear ones are really easy, I think 4 screws each, easy to reach. Front
is not much harder, just that 1 (maybe 2?) of the screws are a little
harder to reach.  But just lie under the front with a set of sockets
and some extensions and you should have them off within 5 minutes.

I don't like changers so I don't have one, but I have a Clarion 6770
CD/Tuner which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.  Has never skipped.
It has no internal amp though, external one required.
