Not that I know of, but I have been thinking of making one myself.  I don't
think it would be that difficult.  There is even a location in the instrument
cluster that would be appropriate.  For those of us without the hardtop, 
the rear window defogger light is above the fuel guage.  change the symbol
there, and have some sort of comparator circuit tapped into the fuel guage
line.

How many other people would be interested?
