Yep. In my previous car, I once had the @#$% in front of me throw a bottle 
out his window, carefully lobbed so it would land right in front of me. This 
at 65 mph. With cars on both sides. I wasn't tailgating, I hadn't been the 
slow car in the fast lane, this guy was just a complete moron. I ran over 
it, of course. It cut a slash about three inches long through one front 
sidewall, which of course deflated that tire in about a second. Fortunately, 
I had *just* enough time to do some braking just before I hit it. I dropped 
maybe 5-10 mph, but more important, I had somewhere to go when I was 
suddenly all over the road. 

Though I got a good tag on the guy, the cops never caught up with him. The 
tag matched the truck I saw, but the registration was expired, and the 
address was a P.O. box that had been closed some months previously.
