Another thing you can do to avoid problems with the styule bar and the seat is
to use a hammer (gently, gently) to bend the metal plate in the back of the
headrest to apoint where there is no further conflict between the two. I
noticed the same problem starting to appear in my first Miata, so when I got
the second one, I did a little corrective hammering right away. The problem has
never shown up, this time around.
