Our 60k svc was long overdue when we bought our Miata used, and we had the 60k svc. done shortly thereafter. Replaced the oil seals when the belt was changed; they're pretty cheap, and the labor is next to nothing so long as the front cover is off anyway. One was starting to seep a bit, and although they said it would have held up for quite a while, I doubt that it would have lasted another 60k. So, replacing them on general principles is probably a good idea. Also found a slightly seeping clutch slave cylinder, which was overhauled. There was some other stuff in there of a pretty minor nature, but I'm too lazy to get up and look at the service paperwork right now. Water pump? It was never mentioned to me, and this is the first I've heard of any suggestion that it be replaced with the timing belt. BTW, Kansei had 77+k on it when we bought it, and just shy of 80k when we had the belt and seals done. I imagine it will last another 60k before needing anything major (although I still have to get the erratic idle sorted out.) --Jack M. & KANSEI--
