 And I'll bet you don't wear your seatbelt or a motorcycle helmet because it
interferes with some constitutional right :).  Maybe you folks should get
your eyes checked if you find the "glare" from the DRLs so bad that you
can't see anything else.  At least you have the courage to state your 
opinions strongly, if not completely eloquently.
