Hello everyone, First off I would like to thank everyone on the list for all the great insight, I have been reading the list for sometime and have got a lot of great information and inspiration from everyone here. This is my first post to the list, mainly because most questions I have are eventually answered by someone or found in the FAQ or the archive. Anyway I would just like to put my 2 cents in about the "Texans that drive huge trucks" thread. I've lived in San Antonio all my life and I really like it here (75 degrees and sunny!!), but the people who drive these HUGE trucks, with the gun rack and useless lights and such are just plain rude to anyone not driving a HUGE american truck like theirs. Personally, I stay clear of these guys on the road (which is VERY hard to do here), not only do they blow nasty exhaust into my beautiful car, but most of these people will try to cut me off, stay in my way, or do things similar to the Houston incident. So although its true not all Texans with trucks drive this way, there is a segment of the San Antonio (and obviously Houston) population that feel the need to have the biggest vehicle on the road, and show it. So once again thanks and so long (I'm heading out for a _beautiful_ lunch drive!!). James Summerlin, 93 Red A. summerlin@uthscsa.edu
